Dawn Guinness Associates Ltd (DGA) will provide a comprehensive resource to work across the college catchment area. Working to agreed targets, we will identify the key decision maker for each business and promote the relevant apprenticeship programmes offered; outlining verbally and in writing how the apprenticeship provision works, promoting the business benefits and highlighting the companies own commitment both financially and ethically.

Appointments will be made to take the business to the next level, either to discuss the process of identifying and signing up existing employees, or to register employment and training placements for apprenticeship provision. Each appointment will be fully qualified and an outline of the business potential and full prospect summary will be recorded onto the CRM. The employer will be sent an email outlining their agreed requirements and appointment details. The field sales resource will be booked and detail will be drawn down from the CRM which can be accessed by both the college and DGA.
